The Hub is a personalised and confidential online workspace where you can work on your negotiation planning with a carefully curated framework of questions for you to complete. Once you have chosen the right service plan needed, create your login to access The Hub. You will receive instructions and guidance on how to complete your framework document best.

How long can I keep working on the framework document?
There is a browser session time that will log you off if there is no activity. Be sure to SAVE your work as you go so that you do not lose any information.

Will I be timed out whilst working on my document?
You will not time out whilst working on your document. However, there is a browser session time that will log you off if there is no activity.

Is there a time limit on how long I can be in The Hub or how many times I can log in?
There is no time limit. You can log in to The Hub as often as you need to.

Does my framework save automatically?
You will need to SAVE your answers every time you work on your framework document.

Who has access to my document?
Your documents are confidential and secure with us. If you sign up for our Simple Support or End-to-End plans, your Negotiation Specialist will access your document for review and complete a Strategic Plan.

Can I use the same document for more than one negotiation?
No, each framework can only be used for one negotiation preparation.

How do I book a meeting time?
Once you are logged into The Hub and have joined up to our Simple Support or End-to-End Solution plans, you can choose from a selection of available meeting times. Once selected, you will receive a confirmation via email with a link to your meeting. Note: Please allow seven days for one of our Negotiation Specialists to review your document.

How long before an appointment does my document need to be ready?

How long will my appointment last?
The length of your meeting depends on your chosen service. Our Simple Support Plan includes a one-hour consultation. Our End-to-End Solution plans include incremental offers with added appointments depending on your requirements.

What if I need to change my appointment?
Follow the link that is included in your confirmation email to select a new time. Note: Please allow 24 hours notice for any changes.
